Position: HGV / Trailer Workshop Supervisor Location: Bedford Salary: Circa £47,000 Working Hours: 45 hours per week Benefits: Private healthcare, enhanced pension, overtime at time and a half, double pay on Sundays, 23 days holiday + buy/sell options, referral bonus, seasonal rewards A busy and well-established commercial vehicle operation in Bedford is looking to recruit a hands-on Trailer / HGV Workshop Supervisor. This position is ideally suited to an experienced Technician stepping into a senior position, with approximately 90% of time spent on the tools and the remainder supporting workshop coordination.
This is a practical, shop-floor-based position where the successful Supervisor will play a key responsibility in maintaining workshop efficiency while continuing to carry out repairs and servicing work.
