About the Role
Position Responsibilities
- the efficient administrative support required in the station and other HR-related reports and concerns;
- the station's budget and the disbursement and proper accounting thereof; and as such, is responsible for the preparing, monitoring, and tracking of the station budget;
- the time and orderly implementation of contracts and telecast schedules, including but not limited to paid and run-of-station media values through log preparation, in close coordination with the station's TOC personnel; and responsible for the submission of aired program logs with the accurate airing time and corresponding commercial spots to the department's business development and the Network-Traffic;
- the timely and orderly implementation of non-revenue crawlers and tracking of implementation of non-revenue plugs, in close coordination with the station's TOC personnel and the department's On-Air Content unit;
