Chainsage is a fully remote, sub-20-person quantitative trading firm operating across major crypto venues. We build proprietary, low-latency systematic market-making and basis-arbitrage systems from first principles. We are well funded, move quickly, value autonomy and have no hierarchy.

We think a lot about what quantitative trading will look like in the AI age.

Looking for exceptional people of various experience levels for our trading team, more senior members to lead analysis and process optimization, as well as junior members more focused on operational duties, monitoring and shift coverage.

You will:

• Provide input, ideas and perform analysis on how to improve capital efficiency, trading algorithms, creation of new metrics, portfolio allocation
