About the Role:
We are looking for Virtual Assistants to support Australian trade businesses (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, construction, etc.). This role is perfect for someone with experience using ServiceM8 or SimPRO to help manage jobs, schedules, and administration.
Important: We may interview candidates even if a client isn't ready yet. This allows you to be ready to start quickly once a client requires support.
This is a remote, long-term opportunity for people who want steady work supporting trade businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and manage jobs in ServiceM8 or SimPRO
- Coordinate with field staff and contractors
- Update job details, client records, and work progress
- Prepare quotes, invoices, and purchase orders
- Communicate with clients via email or phone professionally
