As a Trade Supervisor at Screwfix you will be the go‑to person for Trade customers, representing the team on our Trade Sales Counter. You’ll help plumbers and electricians get exactly what they need for their jobs, build strong relationships, and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Get to know your customers – chat over a cuppa, understand their projects and offer advice that drives sales.
• Run your own business within a business – take ownership of all your KPIs, including sales, account growth, onboarding new customers and providing great service.
