About the Role
The Trade Services Manager is responsible for the strategic planning and activation of channel-driven initiatives. You will ensure our Consumer Personal Care brands achieve sales targets through superior merchandising, data-driven category management, and high-impact trade promotions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Merchandising Strategy: Identify channel-specific requirements and set ideal product ranging templates for different store clusters.
- Visual Standards: Develop customized merchandising concepts, including Storage Materials (MSM) and Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM).
- Maintenance: Build and monitor a database for in-store advertising to ensure visuals are updated and damaged materials are replaced.
- Training: Upskill Sales and Merchandising teams on tool usage and shelf maintenance.
