About the Role
Trade Compliance Analyst Responsibilities
- Analyze and authorize weekly and monthly consolidated customs declarations (V1, RT, IN, A1) , validating information and documentary consistency.
- Prepare invoices and support the authorization of customs declarations F4 and F5 , ensuring alignment with both commercial and customs data.
- Ensure proper compliance with IMMEX and PROSEC , including compliance requirements related to VAT certification , according to internal guidelines and applicable regulations.
- Support internal training activities and guide teams on best compliance practices (monitoring criteria and preventing errors).
- Manage customs compliance for fixed assets , including document control and follow‑up on related operations.
