This dynamic role offers variety, splitting your time between assisting customers at the trade counter and managing inventory and logistics in the yard.

Trade Counter Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Act as the first point of contact for trade professionals, processing sales, handling account inquiries, and providing expert advice on our range of building materials and hardware.

• Sales & Quoting: Prepare accurate quotes, process orders efficiently, and proactively assist customers in finding the right products for their projects.

• Administration: Manage trade accounts, process invoices, and maintain tidy, well-stocked retail displays at the counter.
