UNDERGROUND TRACK LOADER OPERATOR – Water & Sewer Construction

WCL is looking for an experienced Underground Track Loader Operator to support our water and sewer crews. This role focuses on conditioning dirt, backfilling trench, prepping for services, and helping to lead backfill operations and keep underground operations running safely and efficiently.

WHAT YOU NEED

• 3+ years experience operating track loaders in underground water and sewer.
• Experience handling trench spoils, backfill material, and aggregate around underground services.
• Strong understanding of working around open trenches, pipe crews, and other equipment.
• Ability to work accurately in tight areas and congested job sites.
• Comfortable supporting pipe crew as needed.
• Ability to perform daily equipment inspections.
