Required Experience & Education :
• Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years in data/analytics roles, with at least 3-5
years specifically in the CPG industry focusing on analytics.
• Education: A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science,
Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
Core Responsibilities of the Data Lead
• Data Strategy: Defining and implementing a comprehensive data strategy for
collection, storage, and usage of trade data.
• Performance Tracking: Defining KPIs to track promotion success.
