This is a strategic leadership role partnering with senior leaders, Rewards COE, and People teams to align total rewards strategies with business goals and market standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end compensation strategy and annual salary planning
- Design salary structures, job architecture, and incentive programs
- Conduct market benchmarking and compensation analysis
- Provide advanced Excel-based financial modeling and analytics
- Develop executive-level presentations and recommendations
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and global governance standards
