This is a strategic leadership role partnering with senior leaders, Rewards COE, and People teams to align total rewards strategies with business goals and market standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end compensation strategy and annual salary planning
  • Design salary structures, job architecture, and incentive programs
  • Conduct market benchmarking and compensation analysis
  • Provide advanced Excel-based financial modeling and analytics
  • Develop executive-level presentations and recommendations
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and global governance standards
  • Partner with leadership to connect rewards programs to business performance
