**Our Exciting Opportunity**
We are now looking for a **Total Rewards Manager** for **Europe North CU** based in **any major location in Northern Europe**. In this role you will work proactively with business leaders, People Business Partners and other stakeholders to bring the Ericsson Pay & Recognition philosophy to the assigned countries/geographies by implementing and managing effective and fair reward and recognition policies, work instructions, processes and systems aligned with market and business needs.
