Tooling Section Leader

• Leadership & supervision for a team of machine operators to achieve production targets
• Plan, schedule & prioritize machining jobs based on project timelines
• Oversee preventive maintenance and ensure machine reliability
• Documentation & reporting to maintain accurate production records & reports
• Drive continuous improvements activity of KAIZEN
• Machine operation & process knowledge of following machines: wire cut machine, high speed machining, lathe machine, milling machine, EDM & surface grinding

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any related technical vocational course
• Related engineering courses is advantage
• Have experience in CNC Programming & CAD/CAM skills
• Minimum 5 years in tooling fabrication, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
