OVERVIEW
This position is responsible for Tool Room Spare part inspection (Die, Mold Spare parts inspector). Driving Quality Management Systems ISO & IATF, MIS reporting and Production quality, Supporting plant metrics for TE Operations advantages tools.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Inspection of spare parts. Inspecting toolroom spare parts. (Finished spare parts like Stamping Punches, Molding Inserts, Assembly parts. Finished spare part from WEDM, SEDM, Grinding.) Keeping track of all Spares in the tool room, including serial numbers and other identifying information. Taking inventory of toolroom Spares. Setting up measuring equipment Like Profile projector, VMS (Visual measuring system). Approving or rejecting raw materials with respect to quality standards and record supplier performance.
