Salary: $80,000 – $110,000Design and develop tooling, fixtures, jigs, and progressive/compound dies to support metal stamping and machining operations Create 3D models and detailed drawings using CAD tools (SolidWorks, Logo Press, CADKEY, or similar) Partner with Tool Room, Production, Maintenance, and Quality teams to improve safety, quality, throughput, and tool life Support quoting activities by providing tooling concepts, layouts, and technical input Troubleshoot tooling and process issues on the shop floor and implement corrective actions Lead and manage tooling modifications, repairs, and performance improvements Support new product launches through tooling design, validation, and process developm...
