This role supports the plating department by ensuring tooling design, fabrication, and installation meet production and safety standards, while contributing to cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
Job Responsibility:
+ Develop and implement advanced tooling solutions to enhance the efficiency and quality of precious metal plating processes.
+ Monitor and manage the schedule for tooling fabrication, installation, and conditioning to ensure timely readiness for production.
+ Analyze and provide solutions for technical challenges related to new tooling systems.
