Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in the manufacturing company.
• Able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair the tooling on production line (Tool Service Note).
• Repairing & improvement last sample tooling according to the request (Tool Service Note).
• Carry up predictive & preventive maintenance follow the tooling TPM Guideline procedure.
• Carry up continuous tooling improvement activity.
• Checking receiving new tooling & transfer tooling.
• Testing new receiving tooling or transfer tooling.
• Tooling Improvement for new tooling after testing to ensure tooling can run smoothly in mass production.
• Tooling modification or Tooling ECN activity.
• Monitoring tooling spare part.
• Follow safety procedure & machine WI (Wearing PPE follow Zone area requirements).
