About the Role

Our client is a leading Fiber- reinforced component. 
Responsibilities
The Design Engineer will be responsible for the following key functions: Delivering 3D CAD design and reviews according to agreed deadlines.Communicating with suppliers and customers for design and feasibility reviews. 
Skills
CAD (CATIA/Power Shape)
Jigs concepts
Mold concepts
CNC machining
Knowledge of alignment systems
Measurement methods such as CMM and 3D scanning (PolyWorks)
Beneficial Experience
Composite part design
Automotive part design
Prototype building
3D printing
Plastic injection design
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or related.
At least 5 years experience in a Design/R&D responsibility.
Good command of written and spoken English.
