About the Role

- Repair and maintain dies and tooling used in extrusion production.
- Coordinate with die maker/supplier to ensure die design and quality meet product specifications and production targets.
- Prepare dies and tooling based on extrusion production schedule and sales orders from the Planning Department.
- Monitor die performance and maintain accurate die usage records (e.g., number of shots, recovery, linear weight) in Die Cards.
- Conduct die washing and die nitriding operations as needed and keep proper records of each nitriding cycle.
- Update die and tooling inventory on a monthly basis.
- Analyse operating supplies usage and prepare monthly report to reduce losses/consumption.
- Provide continuous recommendations and corrective actions to improve die and tooling performance.
- Attend weekly and monthly operations meetings.
