TOC Engineer

JOB SUMMARY

The TOC Engineer is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and maintaining the performance and stability of the telecom network. The role ensures quick detection, escalation, and resolution of network issues affecting services such as wireless, fiber, transmission, and core network systems. The TOC Engineer works in a 24/7 operations environment and plays a key role in maintaining high network availability and service quality.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor network performance, alarms, and events through NMS/OSS tools on a 24/7 basis.
• Identify, analyze, and escalate network incidents related to wireless, fiber, IP, transmission, and core systems.
• Coordinate with field teams, vendors, and engineers to ensure timely resolution of outages.
• Perform remote troubleshooting and initial diagnosis of network issues.
• Generate incident reports, fault logs, and network performance reports.
