JOB SUMMARY:
Title Transfer Documentation Assistant Manager
To ensure all accounts due for preparation/ notarization are timely and completely prepared/ notarized and endorsed for BIR processing within the service level agreement.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Oversee the team for the preparation of Deed of Absolute Sale
2. Ensures that all prepared DOAS are sent to buyer for signature
3. Ensures accuracy of request for check preparation (Documentary Stamp Tax) for all prepared DOAS by the staff and supervises them for proper monitoring.
4. Monitors all sent DOAS to buyers are being followed-up for return for processing of DOAS notarization
5. Coordinates with various departments/ sections regarding DOAS, CWT and BIR dockets concern 6. Ensure that the team was able to coordinate with the buyers with issues thru email, call and follow-up letter for...
