About the Role
Summary:
As part of the Product Experience Design team, you will be working alongside Product Managers, Product Owners, UX design team and wider stakeholders to create best-in-class experiences for our enterprise complex software products.
Role and Responsibilities:
Select and conduct appropriate user-centered design techniques throughout an iterative design process
Participate in design research activities
Implement design decisions on initiatives, heavily influenced by research findings
Leverage design best practices and patterns and create solutions in a fast-paced working environment.
Produce, test, and iterate on experience artifacts, including user flows, interaction models, prototypes, wireframes, low/high fidelity sketches, and design specifications
Study and adopt the design system to deliver digital product fully aligned with company’s design standards
