TIS Operation Strategy Lead

What You Will Do

1. Partner with TIS manufacturing plants to validate and maintain accurate capacity master data impacting generic machine capacity. 

2. Utilize digital tools to conduct monthly capacity loading analysis across TIS plants and identify risks or imbalances. 

3. Space plan?Align space availability with operation of each TIS MFG plant Bi-Annually or as per need 

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration a) Work with each Division/BU NSP/PM to obtain 2–5-year demand forecasts for machine loading simulations. b) Coordinate with NSP/MIE/ME teams to assess NPI machine requirements. c) Collaborate with transfer teams to evaluate product transfers impact on generic machine capacity. d) Partner with operations and engineering to develop mitigation plans for capacity shortages, recommending actions such as load balancing, overtime, outsourcing, or capital investment.
