As a Moderation Operation Associate - Intern, you will support the Moderation Program Managers in day-to-day business operations and projects administration. You will maintain and optimize Standard Operating Procedures, provide liaison support between inhouse and external vendors, identify process improvement areas. Responsibilities
- Tool and SOP Utilization: Learn and effectively use a variety of internal tools and platforms. Apply Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) accurately to perform daily tasks and ensure operational consistency.
