TikTok Shop - Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Project & Partnership Manager (Mandarin Speaking) - Vietnam

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in e-commerce focuses on driving sustainable growth by promoting ethical business practices, supporting communities, and reducing environmental impact through digital platforms.
In this role, you will develop and implement CSR campaigns with internal stakeholders, mainly focus on Beyond VN which is the core project, enabling VN products to sell on the Douyin e-commerce platform. Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing CSR programs, as well as conducting periodic program reviews to assess outcomes and effectiveness
- Implementing CSR campaigns in coordination with internal stakeholders
- Driving budget & monitoring spending to deliver results in line with planned objectives
- Assisting in the development, and management of social responsibility
