TikTok Shop - Affiliate Creator Manager, Paris

As part of the TikTok Shop FR Creator Operations team, the Affiliate Creator team is responsible for growing our mid-tier creators, a growing pool of affiliates who produce consistent e-commerce content. The team grows and engages creators through our community channels, through targeted education, brand matchmaking/partnerships, content strategy, content merchandising and platform initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies for Creator Growth on TikTok Shop, focusing on enhancing creators’ e-commerce content approach and expanding their audience reach
- Drive success through clear goal-setting, campaign planning, brand collaboration opportunities, and guidance on content and merchandising direction
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics related to creator campaigns and shoppable content; adjust strategies to optimize engagement, content quality, and sales performance
