1. Business Development (BD) Executive – TikTok Creators
- Responsibilities: Communicate and build long-term relationships with TikTok creators and influencers
- Invite creators to:
- Create short-form product videos
- Join TikTok live streaming sessions to promote our products
- Coordinate product seeding, content requirements, and live schedules
- Negotiate collaboration terms, commissions, and performance expectations
- Track creator performance and optimize collaboration strategies
- Requirements: Familiar with TikTok creator ecosystem (especially baby/maternity category is a plus)
