Position Overview
Trainer responsibilities include teaching presentation and persuasion techniques to Client Advisors, simulating sales scenarios and preparing training programs that cover knowledge gaps. Note that this position requires visiting our regional retail stores to work closely with our Regional Sales Directors on a regular basis.

- Partner with HQ Retail Training Director, Education for all seasonal education updates and advisements.
- Undertake regular reviews and analyses procedures and materials to measure the impact of training on store performance.
