Job Description:

The Advisor I, Sales position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services.

Qualifications:

• Proficient working in a client technology provided environment with multiple applications and navigation between applications to research information
• Customer service and Sales orientation/skills in a call center setting is required.
• Ability to communicate actions being taken for resolution based on process direction
• Ability to handle stressful situations and bond professionally with frustrated customers
• Proficient in both English and Thai (speaking, reading & writing).
• Open to Filipinos and and Foreigners currently in PH.
• Amenable to work onsite in Bridgetowne QC. <...
