About the Role
Help shape the future of transit with Matchtech in Edmonton as a Testing & Commissioning Engineer. Focus on light rail transit systems during this engaging long-term contract role.
Work on high-profile railway projects within a major Light Rail Transit programme. This full-time, site-based position seeks candidates with a minimum of four years' Testing & Commissioning experience in rail or similar complex infrastructure. Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure safe integration, testing, and handover for operational readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, review, and maintain Testing & Commissioning documentation
• Plan and execute Factory and Site Acceptance Testing
• Interface with vendors and systems integrators
• Manage test evidence and defects through to resolution
• Support system acceptance and handover activities
Requirements:
• 4+ years' experience in Testing & Commissioning in rail
• Engineering degree or relevant qualification
