PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. To develop test plan, test scripts and test cases in ensuring they are in line with the business requirements; obtain user review and official sign off prior to UAT execution. 2. To participate in testing preparation i.e. system date planning, test data preparation etc. 3. To work closely with technical team to ensure proper testing environment is set up. 4. To conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression Test and Operation Readiness Test. 5. Ensure defects raised properly fixed and tested for closure. 6. To document all test results for user review and obtain sign off. 7. To monitor and provide testing progress report update. 8. To develop training manual. 9. To carry out activities and to complete the required tasks within the timeline set. 10. Perform related duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time. 11.
