Test Technician

Overview

Operate production test equipment, troubleshoot and repair defective products. Monitor test performance and drive yield improvement . Perform field return board debugging and root cause analysis. Debug and control WIP inventory . Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance for ICT and Final Test equipment. Repair breakdowns in ICT, functional testers, fixtures, and test equipment. Support test program version changes based on engineering requirements. Create Test WI & SOP for new NPI products. Work closely with engineering and cross-functional teams on NPI testing . Provide test log files and related information to customers when required. Ensure compliance with ISO QMS requirements . Follow production schedules during debugging and repairs.
