Test Support Engineer

We are seeking a proactive Test Support Engineer to support and maintain the quality of our web applications developed using .NET and SQL Server. The candidate will work closely with the QA, development, and support teams to ensure applications function smoothly, troubleshoot testing environments, and validate fixes.

Experience required: Minimum 5 years

Responsibilities

• Maintain, and troubleshoot testing environments for web applications, including .NET and SQL Server components.
• Ensure integration between test environments and external systems/APIs.
• Investigate issues encountered during testing and identify root causes.
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve database, backend, or front-end issues related to test cases.
• Execute automated and manual test cases for functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Validate bug fixes and ensure smooth integration of new features into production.
