Test Planning Manager

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Management or any related feild
• 3–5 years in a people or section leadership role managing planners or operations teams
• Experience in semiconductor / electronics manufacturing.
• Experience in test planning, test engineering, or manufacturing environment
• Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight timeline
