Test Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Define testing scope, approach, resources, and schedules across multiple projects.
• Develop and maintain test strategies, test plans, and required documentation aligned with project goals.
• Oversee execution of functional, system integration, regression, UAT, and performance testing.
• Ensure defect lifecycle management—proper logging, prioritization, and resolution in collaboration with test leads, development, and client teams.
• Review test artifacts and enforce QA standards, peer reviews, and best practices.
• Conduct QA audits and incorporate lessons learned into future testing strategies.
• Manage walkthroughs, defect triage sessions, and client-facing QA activities.
• Lead daily operations of QA teams across one or more projects.
• Set objectives, assign tasks, and monitor tester deliverables.
• Track and report on QA progress, risks, and quality metrics.
