Test Manager

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Test Manager – Wealth Management (QA IT) to lead and manage quality assurance activities across wealth management platforms. The role requires strong test leadership, deep banking domain knowledge, and hands-on experience in delivering high-quality solutions in a regulated BFSI environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end test management activities including test strategy, planning, execution, defect management, and reporting
• Manage and mentor QA teams across functional, automation, UAT, and regression testing
• Collaborate closely with business, development, and release teams to ensure quality delivery
• Provide testing oversight for wealth management applications including advisory, portfolio management, trading, and reporting platforms
• Own test metrics, dashboards, and quality KPIs for senior stakeholder reporting
