Test Manager

We are seeking an experienced Test Manager – Wealth Management (QA IT) to lead and manage quality assurance activities across wealth management platforms. The role requires strong test leadership, deep banking domain knowledge, and hands‑on experience in delivering high‑quality solutions in a regulated BFSI environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end test management activities including test strategy, planning, execution, defect management, and reporting
• Manage and mentor QA teams across functional, automation, UAT, and regression testing
• Collaborate closely with business, development, and release teams to ensure quality delivery
• Provide testing oversight for wealth management applications including advisory, portfolio management, trading, and reporting platforms
• Own test metrics, dashboards, and quality KPIs for senior stakeholder reporting
