About the Role

 
  Responsibilities 
 :  Executes overall testing in given geography, ensure proper allocation of resources for delivery of product pipeline, understand key business and financial parameters and their impact
 Ensure precise high-level quality data. Ensure to coordinate data quality check for clear interpretation of the results along with recommendations
 Guide and develop team through effective leadership, focusing on organizational goals
  Requirements: 
 At least 8 years’ experience in testing, 5 years as Test Manager
 Candidate should be experience in Managing the entire Test Management for large release
 Knowledge in Corporate and Retail Banking domain experience is preferred
 Experience with Web and Mobile Automated Testing using Selenium, Appium and Java
 Experience to develop and enhance Test Automation framework
