Required Skills & Experience Technical Expertise: Strong experience in data migration projects, particularly involving Microsoft AX and Microsoft Fabric. Data Migration Principles: Deep understanding of data migration methodologies, best practices, and governance. Hands-on Coding: Proficiency in SQL, data transformation scripts, and ETL tools. Microsoft Ecosystem Knowledge: Familiarity with Dynamics 365, AX data structures, and Fabric architecture. Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex data issues and optimize migration processes. Communication: Excellent stakeholder management and documentation skills.
