Test Lead - Ramsgate - Hybrid*** - 3 month contract - £400 outside IR35

Predominantly remote, with an expectation of up to three days per week in the office during certain weeks.***

La Fosse has partnered with a government client to recruit an experienced Test Lead on an initial 3-month contract. This role will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end testing across digital, IT, and operational readiness workstreams, ensuring a cohesive and effective testing approach across the programme.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the overall test strategy and detailed test plans
• Lead and coordinate testing across SIT, UAT, and OAT phases
• Oversee defect management and triage processes, ensuring timely resolution
