The opportunity:

Due to significant business growth, Kinetic are currently embarking on a large-scale global transformation program and looking for an experienced Test Lead with strong experience in implementing new Payroll Solutions to help deliver one of our critical workstreams.

This is an initial fixed term full-time contract for 12 months, however due to the scale of our transformation program this may extend.

Key accountabilities:

• Lead the creation of test strategies, scenarios, and detailed test cases based on project scope, business requirements, and design documentation, using tools such as Azure DevOps or JIRA X Ray.
