Must-Have Responsibilities
Functional, Automation, and Web testing experience (8+ years overall, 5+ years in automation).
Selenium Automation with Java as the primary skill.
Designing and building Selenium Test Automation Frameworks (hands-on expertise is mandatory).
Managing complex projects that implement automation frameworks and integrate with CI/CD pipelines.
Team leadership : oversee and manage multiple automation testers.
Defining automation strategy and framework , enhancing it based on industry best practices.
Tool selection and administration for test automation and integration.
Executing automation strategy , defining metrics, and driving process improvements.
Providing technical leadership and mentoring to QA professionals.
Implementing enterprise-wide standards and process guidelines for effective tool usage.
