About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the overall test strategy and test planning, ensuring alignment with business, technical, and delivery objectives
- Own end-to-end test execution and delivery, acting as the single point of accountability for QA outcomes
- Collaborate closely with Client Test Lead, Product Owners, Technical Product Owners, and cross-functional teams
- Drive continuous improvement by exploring new tools, frameworks, and methodologies, especially around automation and AI-based testing
- Evaluate alternatives and propose improvements to enhance test efficiency, coverage, and quality
- Lead tool selection, framework evolution, and QA process improvements across projects
- Strong Telecom domain knowledge (OSS/BSS) with the ability to translate domain requirements into effective testing strategies
