Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Testing Lead to lead end-to-end data testing activities for a large-scale migration program from legacy systems to modern data platforms. The candidate will be responsible for defining the testing strategy, ensuring data quality, and driving successful validation before go-live.
Mandatory Skills- Strong experience in Data Testing
- Hands-on experience with Test Strategy, Test Plan, and Test Case preparation
- Proven experience leading data migration testing projects
- Experience working on migration from legacy systems to modern data platforms
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to lead testing independently
- Define and own the end-to-end Test Strategy for the program
