The role ensures a unified governance model, aligned methodologies, and predictable delivery outcomes. This position owns end-to-end testing oversight, including strategy execution, resource management, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and progress reporting. The Test Manager plans, controls, and continuously improves testing activities to ensure that software and integrated systems meet defined quality standards prior to release. This includes defining quality objectives, supporting test automation where appropriate, and ensuring teams clearly understand testing processes, controls, and governance expectations.
