Test Engineer

Primary Function

To ensure all products being tested are in compliance with the required test specifications provided by the customer. To ensure all testers or test handlers are in optimum condition with all test instruments are calibrated and all mechanical parts are well maintained according to the master schedule. To spearhead group of Test Engineers, Officers and Technicians driving for quality, yield, productivity, efficiency and cost improvements to achieve more profitable department. Ensure all key performance indicators are achieved and guide subordinates for career advancements thru continuous knowledge and skill enhancements.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Directly reports to Executive Test Engineer or Test Engineering Manager.
• Lead the group of Test Engineer, Officer or Technician to achieve all Key Performance Indicator (KPI).
• Drive for Quality, Final Yield, First Pass Yield, Productivity and Cost improvements using 7 steps...
