Roles & Responsibilities
Perform accessibility testing on web and mobile applications
Ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1 / 2.2 , Section 508 , and ARIA standards
Execute manual accessibility testing using screen readers and keyboard navigation
Identify, log, and track accessibility defects with clear remediation steps
Collaborate with developers, designers, and QA teams to resolve accessibility issues
Validate color contrast, focus order, semantic structure, and form accessibility
