Own the overall lean validation plan. Tracks and drives the validation progress of eDrive,eAxle,Hybrid system,eg.Ensures complete validation coverage of all requirements on all system levels(incl. system, componennt).Tracks overall test & validation content-DVP/R (internal & customer).Reports validation status to stakeholder and escalates to the right level.Connect Global testing team for test supporting.
