Cyara QA Selenium Java scripts. I/B and O/B Voice Email Chat Bots. QA Automation Engineer with hands‑on experience in Cyara Selenium and JavaScript to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing developing and executing automated test scripts to ensure the reliability and performance of customer experience platforms and web applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated test cases using Cyara for voice and IVR, Email, SMS, and Chat testing.
• Develop and maintain Selenium-based test automation frameworks for web applications.
• Write clean, scalable test scripts using JavaScript and other relevant technologies.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Perform regression, functional, and performance testing across multiple platforms.
