• Lead / support in the development of new product testing solution from scratch to full machine buyoff for LED, & microLED with / without IC driver, to ensure product achieved desired robustness performance
• Lead Test handling process development activities for new product development include equipment concept & selection, procurement specification, supplier discussion, cost of ownership calculation, and equipment setup and buyoff release.
• Able to work with product development team in test process development by fulfilling project gate/ milestone/ and cost. Participate in engineering sample, pre-series and ramp-up build to fulfill customer order.
• Be initiatives in identify and implement continuous improvement for efficiency gain and quality improvement in product testing.
